Terms of Service for MoviElo and KinElo

1. Acceptance
These Terms of Service govern your use of MoviElo and KinElo websites, mobile apps, APIs, MCP servers, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must not use the Services if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law.
3. Permitted Use
You may use the Services to rate movies, manage bookmarks and watched status, receive recommendations, view movie metadata, and use supported integrations. You must not misuse the Services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use them to violate law or third-party rights.
4. User Content and Data
You retain rights to content and data you submit, including ratings, profile information, bookmarks, and feedback. You grant us permission to process that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the Services. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
5. Third-Party Content and Services
The Services may display movie metadata, imagery, links, or functionality provided by third parties such as TMDb, Firebase, Google, Apple, Anthropic, and OpenAI. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may also update these terms. Continued use of the Services after updates means you accept the updated terms.
7. Disclaimers
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Recommendations and rankings are informational and entertainment features only.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Services.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these terms, create risk for other users or the Services, or if required by law. You may stop using the Services at any time.
